New LV Darts league website launched in preparation for it to go 'live' for the start of the 2016-17 Winter league season.
CONGRATULATIONS to the 'Fire Brigade' Skittles team on winning the Division One title last night after a 345-342 win against Military D at the Potting Shed. The first team from the Snooker Centre to ever achieve this!
CONGRATULATIONS also to the 'Tattibogoes' who won the 'Man v Man' at the Richmond Club on Friday after a 8.5-3.5 victory, again at the expense of Military D - bad weekend for them.
This after the 'Beevers' had started it all off with their victory in the 'FrontPin' Knock-Out earlier this month which meant the Snooker Centre had a clean sweep of the 3 main prizes on offer in the Skittles League this year.
WELL DONE ALL!
Congratulations to Ben Fortey and Denholm Smith who won Sundays Scotch Doubles Pool Tournament after winning an all 'Blackball Bottlers' Final after beating youngsters Brennon Lewis and Sam Gibbons 3-0 in the final.
A great turnout of 16 teams ensured everyone had the opportunity to get plenty of table time in during the day.
The competition as a whole was very close with most groups only being decided on the very final frame. Dave and Lorean unluckiest of all after loosing a 'blackball shoot-out' to Jase and Brad after tying on points in their group.
The quarter-finals were quite the opposite where only Cole and Cory's win against Scot and Phil went down to a deciding frame. Brennon and Sam enjoyed the result of the round winning 3-1against Wayne White and Jordan Cullen and after this defeated Cole and Cory in the Semi's to set up their Final against Ben and Denholm after they overcame Dave and Shawn Preece 3-1 in the other.
The Plate Competition was won by the two Adam's, Napier and Gittoes, after they beat Cotty and Lorean rather more quickly than we all expected in the final!
Thanks to everyone who came down to take part and supported the day, we really hope you all enjoyed it.
From Ben, Bex, Sue and myself we would like to wish you all a very happy new year and look forward to seeing you all again in 2016.
Our 2nd 'Superleague' Darts tournament. We were lucky enough to get the second tournament of the season and turned out to be a great success!
Congratulations to staff member Ben Fortey for winning the Under 23 Pool World Championship in Blackpool. Unbelievable achievement!
Congratulations to Leanne Pearce and Shawn Preece for winning the Charity Pool League 'Mixed Doubles' final. Leanne also claimed the Ladies Singles title with a win over 'No Heels Allowed' teammate Ginny Guy.
Welsh Open Darts qualifiers held at the Snooker Centre - our first ever 'Super League' tournament.
First and foremost, thanks to everyone for coming to our third Darts tournament on Saturday, with 64 entries it was much better than we hoped and it was a great success! A tournament that was of course dominated by 'Superleague' and 'County' players was eventually won by Gloucestershire's Aaron Dyer who beat Jim Williams 6-5 in a very close final with both players having darts to win the Tournament. Congratulations also to both Barry Tyler and Chiller who made it all the way to the Semi-Finals, Vicky Fairbrother for the prize of 'Furthest Lady' after making it all the way to the Quarter-Finals and Ethan Tunley for the 'Highest Outshot' after taking out a 132! Thank you to Jordan Hoare Mindi Saez Lucas Kirby and Jed Mann who helped us out on the day - it was really appreciated. Our biggest thank you though goes to Jane Smith and partner Steve, who without them, this tournament would never have been the success it was! THANKS GUYS!

Thanks to everyone who came to our 3 Man Pool Tournament yesterday. We hope you all enjoyed it and didn't wake up with any ill effects from the BBQ! If so blame the chef (Rambo).
The tournament was ultimately won by Poolo, a team consisting of Harry Eaton, Jay and Kye Sheffield, who beat The Original Muppets (Shawn Preece, Lee Pritchard and Dave Preece) 3-2 in a close final.
I think most would agree this is great format and the way forward for Pool Competitions as everyone gets plenty of table time, no hanging around and plenty of drinking time!
Congratulations to Kye who also won the 1 Frame KO Competition at the end of the night, beating Shawn Preece in the final!
All in all a great day and one that we will repeat very soon! Cheers all!
Congratulations to Snooker Team 'Q4 Carlton' who completed a hat-rick of competition wins in the Hereford Snooker League this season by winning Division Two, the Knock-Out Cup and the 'Champion of Champions'. Ben Fortey also triumphed in the Mens Singles after beating Nick Winwood in the final at the Military Club and won the prize for the highest break of the season, an incredible 118 clearance against the Railway Club in November 2013.
Congratulations to the 'Screwy Lewis' Pool team who won the Hereford Pool League Premier Division this season, and completing the whole season unbeaten. Well done guys! The first time a team from the Snooker Centre has won this trophy since 2011.
